Horribly unprofessional. Accepts appointments via Home Warranty, which means we have to wait until there’s a problem to get a new service provider. He no showed in October. Then again in December, Christmas week (I asked our home warranty not to assign him, but they did anyway). He said he would come Friday, did not. Was unresponsive to me, but told home warranty he would come on Saturday between 2-4 pm. He finally showed around 4:25 pm. He assessed the issue, then said he’d be back Monday or Tuesday to fix it. Again, was a no show and unresponsive. I absolutely would not rely on him- especially given he seems like he’ll help and then just not show. Will leave you in a terrible position.

On Dec 27th our Christmas & New Year provisions broke our Samsung FF. Well, so we thought before I spoke to Viktor who told me "I know what it is & this is the price." That was 11am at 6pm he was on-site & had it all sorted by 7.30pm after making sure the ice block in the back panel was removed & the parts he replaced worked,the temp was dropping & we were happy. We were. We are. So will you be.

I do not want to EVEN select 1 star. This company is TRASH pure GARBAGE. They never showed up to my home even after setting the appointment and confirming it. HOW PATHETIC VICTOR! Maybe it's good he didn't show up based on the reviews I've read and the lest than professional services performed.🥴

Victor installed our dishwasher and dryer after both the appliance delivery company and our local plumber told us they couldn't, and he did it quickly (came out just two days after I called him) and for a great price. We are saving his number for any other future appliance needs!

I had an excellent experience with Same Day Appliance. I called on a Friday at 4:30 PM, and by Saturday at noon my washing machine was fixed. Victor brought the replacement part that was needed based on the model number I sent him and discussion of the problem. He was punctual, courteous, communicated clearly at each step, completed the repair quickly, assessed the washer (motor etc.) for any other potential issues, and moved everything back into place when complete.
