An excellent service repairman came quickly to diagnose our broken dishwasher. He soon had diagnosed the problem, a broken water pump. He didn't have a replacement unit in stock, but explained they come quickly We paid for the pump and installation. 4 days later it was fixed (one day was Sunday). He explained what he was doing and fixed it quickly. Very professional and pleasant. One of the best service calls we've ever had. Thanks, Same Day Appliance.

They did come out the sane day I called to evaluate the issue with my fridge. They had to order the part and I paid a little extra to get the part expedited (that fee was reasonable in my opinion) they came back a few days later but unfortunately they were sent the wrong part. The technician figured out a quick solution to get it to all work out and now my fridge works again. This is the second time I have used them to fix an appliance and both times I’ve been happy with the outcome.

I can not recommend this company enough! Our technician was Tristan and he was as nice as you could ask for. He explained what he was doing at every step, he was incredibly courteous and kept the work area clean. My GE fridge is running like a top and even the price was better than I had expected. If I need work again, he is the first guy on my list!

Jeff was one of the most outstanding mechanics I’ve ever met. He came out to fix our Miele dishwasher. I was so impressed with his insight, patience and knowledge about the equipment. He’s a dishwasher whisperer! I know he can fix ANYTHING! Thanks Jeff and Same Day Service Co! You are my people!

We have always had Same Day Service, and they are amazing! This time we had Don, and he was fabulous! He was super thorough and a great technician! He literally is our savior, our mom’s oven is older but in great shape and he fixed it and found parts to make it a seamless repair. All of the techs are great, but Don saved the day!
