We had an excellent experience with this business when we called because the boot on our washing machine was torn. We had already bought the replacement part, but it was a difficult install because our washer and dryer are stacked. They were able to install the new one on the first visit the day after I called them. A few weeks later, we called back because the boot had twisted due to some loose bearings and they sent someone to fix it at no charge. The technician, Wayne, was knowledgeable and professional, and I’m impressed by the business’s commitment to get the job done right. Will definitely be calling them again.
