Same Day Service Company., Inc.

A friend recommended this company and they did not disappoint. Very easy to communicate with, and excellent customer service. I called late afternoon and got someone out early the next morning. The person who fielded my call (Susan?) actually called me back later to give me a narrower service window than she had originally been able to give (and which I originally was going to try to get by calling the next morning at 8 a.m.) The technician, Tristan, came well within that window, explained everything he was doing, showed me what he was doing, and gave general advice. He was professional, friendly, knowlegeable and polite. I definitely will use Same Day Service again but I hope I won't have to for a while :)

Mark was excellent. Very punctual and did a fantastic job opening the door of the oven. Highly recommend this company.

Tristan had to deliver the bad news that my four-year-old GE refrigerator had a catastrophic failure, but the overall experience was excellent. They got me in the same day after I called at opening, and Tristan was professional, thorough, and explained everything clearly. Even though the repair would likely cost more than the unit, he provided honest guidance and next steps. I would definitely use them again and would request Tristan.

Left a message and they called me back. Unfortunately they did not service in my area but they were nice enough to call and let me know. Appreciate it. A lot of 5 Star reviews ..they're probably awesome!

Our refrigerator went out 2 days ago and Don from Same Day Service came out the same afternoon. He was meticulous. He took the whole freezer compartment out to get to the coils behind. Sure enough, they were not cold and had no ice. Turns out our compressor was a goner. Don put the entire thing back together! Just in case. That took a lot of effort. We really like Don. Ask for him!
