Sam's Carpet Cleaning

All the wood strips around the were supposed to be replaced but only one side was replaced the first visit. it has been since fixed replacing the discolored wood caused by mold on all sides of the room. Thanks Ivan.

If you hire a company to do a job and pay them out of your own pocket, they aren't supposed to tell your business to others. You did a job, was paid your price and given a generous tip then you go out of your way to contact the management company to tell them there was a pet smell in a unit not knowing if the management company already knew there was a puppy or not. You just wanted to be sure to tell on somebody. I could see if the management company hired you to clean that carpet and they were paying you. But the resident hired you and paid you. I am a property manager and I would never hire a company that would discuss a private customers business with others. I'll be sure not to use your company as one of our vendors. And you took the tip she gave you knowing what you were going to do.

Recently had Ivan come by to clean the bedroom floors in my two bedroom apartment. Paid him for his time and gave him a tip. Not knowing he would contact my apartment management to tell them the carpet was damaged from a pet being in the apartment. Had I known he would go behind my back after paying for his service, I never would have chosen him. Very unprofessional and no integrity.

Ivan did an amazing job and gave life to these old carpets thank you so much!!!!
