I always have a great experience at the Battle Creek Sam’s Club. Every time I come in, the store is clean, organized, and easy to navigate, which honestly makes bulk shopping so much less stressful. The employees here are consistently friendly and patient. Even when the store is busy, they never make you feel rushed. One thing I really appreciate is how quick and smooth checkout is, especially with the Scan & Go option. It saves me so much time, and the workers at the exit are always kind when they double-check my receipt. You can tell they try to keep everything moving without losing that personal touch. One of many clubs we shop, had a bad experience there today, between floor worker not wanting to to help us with a product, saying it wasn’t her department, to old man handing out free samples of honey buns, was extremely rude to the point I was furious! Paying for a membership to shop your store, and get treated this way is unacceptable, Iwe will never shop this store again!
