I purchased a 2 piece set on last Friday that was cute in the store. I returned today to purchase other colors. Ms. Mennie was working the area and was very helpful. She found my size in a particular color that was not in stock on the table. I ended up purchasing 3 more sets !Ms. Mennie also informed me of jeans that I would possibly like at a great price, needless to say I purchased 3 pair! While I was there, 3 other people saw me in the outfit , found Ms. Mennie and purchased theirs also. It was refreshing to have someone working with a smile, greeting customers with grace and assisting kindness. I normally shop the Hoover location, today's interaction will have me returning. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience.

If I could put a negative star I would. I love Sam's. It's convenient and has good quality merchandise. But I have been to this store three times in 2 weeks to buy a mattress. I requested someone to assist me each time; a short Black man, an older Hispanic woman and a White woman. I even asked for a manager. They looked at me like they had never heard of a manager. I just left. I can go to any Sam's across the country and the service is a 1000% better than here. Why? The bathrooms are old and dirty and the store is cluttered. The only place you see anyone working is in the bakery the meat department in the cafe up front. Managers use to be posted so the staff know who they are...and how to find them. Been having issues getting quality chicken, not sure who the supplier is, but good chicken is hard to find right now for whatever reason 🤦‍♀️. Returned this one because it was just gross with the dark blood throughout, and stringy texture.

usually don’t do this bc i know what it’s like to work in retail & customer service. however… i’ve had multiple experiences like this with the same person so it’s been a long time coming. the lady that works the exit (i think her name is angie) was extremely disrespectful and rude to my siblings and i. she mumbled rude things under her breath and rolled her eyes for no apparent reason. anyways! praying for you girlfriend!!

We like this Sam's! They, as a rule, have the same items (brand, size etc) each time we shop. Produce section: Large variety of both fruits and vegetables. Many items (grapes, cherry tomatoes, and pomegranate, mangos, dragonfruit and such) are sold in individual or small lots that can easily be consumed by my husband and I before they go bad. That makes sense to purchase. However, purchasing items in bulk from produce, for example onions, may not be as smart of a purchase for a family of 2 as they not be consumed before they become over ripe. Dairy section: Milk, eggs, butter (salted, unsalted and Kerry are staples in our home), cream cheese, and other items such as Vanilla Almond Milk have been in stock each visit.
