Positive shopping experience at Sam’s Club! Some of what I got: their fresh coconut is delicious, the pomegranates are packed with health benefits, and the smoked salmon is absolutely tasteful. A special recognition to Ms. Quetta at self-checkout—her customer service is outstanding! She went above and beyond to check flower availability for me and was incredibly helpful both days I visited. Her kindness and dedication are rare to find. Sam’s Club is lucky to have her!

What is this? Did I pay for a membership just to be screamed at when I call? I just asked about availability for a product and if it may has still stock available because the store is far from me and she responded in a very rude way! I was talking being very polite and respectful. I am not sure why I got this treatment just for asking about if stock is available.

I bought these supplements at Sam’s Club and take them every day with my husband. Since I started taking them my health has improved a lot, less joint pain and better memory.

Extremely disappointed and offended by the treatment I received today. Last week, my family and I used a photo of our Sam’s Club card at checkout because my sister, who owns the card, was on vacation and had it with her. The staff had no issue and allowed us to check out without a problem. However, when I came today, a different employee was incredibly rude and refused to accept the same photo. Her tone and attitude were unprofessional and, frankly, felt discriminatory toward us as Muslims. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect in a store. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be canceling my membership. From now on, I’ll be shopping at Costco.

It's okay. Again, what I don't like about Sam's is every time you leave you have to show a receipt in the line is extremely long. It's like you're trying to break out of jail. It's dumb to me, but that Sam's club. I think it's only worthwhile if you're buying for a huge group or business or a large party. I hate that I have to show my receipt and the workers at like you are trying to steal something. fishing around for items they think you are trying to hide. I'm not a fan. The cashiers will stand around talking instead of helping and being attentive.
