Sam's Club

Sams club was great, but the AI checkout system is pretty lame. I think its fair to not want to be held up at the exit everrrryyyyyyy single time for whatever reason their system fails. And change the cinnamon toast crunch guy back, this is absolutely mad.

Just wanted to recognize the cashier, Stacey. Her positive energy and smile made my shopping experience more enjoyable. It was the day before New Year’s Eve around lunchtime and the store was slammed. She was the only cashier. Props to her for staying so upbeat and positive despite the hectic conditions.The gentleman in the food court deserves a shoutout as well. He was the only one getting out orders and continued to get yelled at for the system not being more efficient. He did a good job staying calm and continuing to do his job to the best of his ability.

Janis understands great customer service. Several reps had difficulties finding my return items and stated “ must be due to system updates” and shorted me on return amount. Janis is very knowledgeable and found the return items in about one minute and took care of the matter satisfactorily. Thank you!!

It's been a long time since I have been to Sam's Club. It's nice to go and scoop up the deals. Went for some Thanksgiving items today. Great value. If you aren't a member, think about it. The bakery, produce, and dairy are worth it. So are any electronics clearance or regular sales too. Self scan is nice. The store is clean. The line out can be troublesome but went fast today. The staff are attentive and double up the exit line if it is going slow. Parking can be dicey due to speeding customers but there is plenty of it and it's spacious. I will return.

Today I witness the cafe staff refuse to assist a employee who's physically challenged. His ask was carry food 10 feet to a table and they refused. This is NOT the first time I've witnessed this. Why does management not do something about these rude heartless women? Unacceptable
