Sam's Club

I recently visited the Sam’s Club Auto Center and had an outstanding experience. The entire team was very friendly, polite, and extremely knowledgeable about tire options and service plans for my vehicle. The manager, Rick, truly went above and beyond. I initially stopped in just to get air in my tires, but he took the time to thoroughly inspect them and discovered two nails. He promptly repaired both tires and made sure everything was safe. After I mentioned that my car had been pulling slightly, Rick suggested a balance and rotation. I honestly didn’t even realize my tires needed to be rotated. His attention to detail and willingness to explain everything showed that he genuinely cares about his customers and their safety. Excellent customer service, honest recommendations, and a team

Last month I had preordered a bunch of cupcakes for a baby shower. I went to pick them up and I had dropped them in the parking lot. As you can imagine I was freaking out due to the party taking place in an hour and they were special order. Well the wonderful ladies in the bakery to include the manager rushed a new batch for me and I made it in time for the party. Life savers

I ordered somethings online to pick up curbside today and I was met by the most courteous young man. Cody was very kind and had a great smile on his face. He was very helpful in putting my items in my vehicle. After everything was in my car, he made sure that the backside was closed, even said thank you and have a great day! Good job Sam’s Club for having such a great team member at your store!

Bought Tires Here, Now They Won’t Even Service Them I bought my tires from Sam’s Club on May 23, 2023, and still have them on my vehicle today. One of the main reasons I bought them here besides the price was the promise of free rotations and the ability to have my PSI set how I want. Fast forward to today, 2 PM at the auto center, and I’m told by the rep at the desk: “The tires are too big.” Seriously? I bought them from this exact place, and you installed them. I even had proof of purchase in hand. Still, I was turned away. The kicker? As I walked out, I saw a truck with tires bigger than mine up on the rack getting rotated. So much for “too big,” right? It didn’t feel like a real policy issue it felt like plain laziness. Never once have I had a problem like this at any other Sam’

Awesome prices! We save even more when they have item on sale or $1-$2 off with scan and go. I love the scan and go ! So easy and fast to go in and out of store without having to wait in line to pay ! The rotisserie chicken and the Pizzas are delicious and inexpensive!
