Sam's Club

This was my favorite local grocery store/pizza place. We would go at least once a week to shop and get a take-out pizza. The last two times we’ve gone, with our minds set on pizza for our family and guests, they claim to be sold out of whole pizzas, and are only offering slices. I immediately left without getting any groceries. I’m sure it’s because they don’t want to hire workers, but I don’t care. The place is 20 minutes from my home, and I won’t be making the trips anymore. I plan to cancel my membership and start going to Costco. I’m surprised that they would risk losing customers like this, but it is what it is.

We hadn't been in Sam's in years but decided to get a membership today. It was busy, a Friday afternoon. We easily found a cart, had great customer service at the desk and found shelves stocked. I've never used an app to buy groceries, so the lady at the desk showed me how. It was so fast and easy. We loved it. Great experience. ❤️

I stopped by the café last Thursday shortly before closing for a pizza and had the pleasure of being assisted by Lindsey—or possibly Leslie, as I am not entirely certain of her name. Regardless, her service was exceptional. She was extremely kind, helpful, and maintained a warm, welcoming demeanor throughout the interaction. She greeted me with a smile and never made me feel rushed, which can often be the case near closing time. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out and made for a great customer experience.

Apparently they have decided to update their buggy policy. The new policy is BRING YOUR OWN BUGGY. They must have let that position go with their "improved services". Next issue: Sold out of their precooked pizzas by 3pm. Really Sam's Club.....Do better.

I needed a new battery for my truck. So I went to this particular Sam’s because I also had to get some more things for my Thanksgiving dinner. I called ahead to the Tire & Battery section of the store to make sure they had the kind of battery that I needed. They did and the price was very nice. When I arrived, I spoke with a young man in the parking lot that worked there and he told me to park my truck, go in and pay for the battery and they’ll handle the rest. The whole process would take no more than 20 minutes before. I did as I was told. I then spent 15 minutes in the store picking up items and checking out. I went to go get my keys from the young man and he told me that he had replaced my battery but my car wouldn’t start. I was confused because there was nothing wrong with my truck b
