Sam's Club

Bought the Hot Dog combo, stood in line for 15 min. It’s Sunday I get it, it’s busy. The entire 15 min the hot dog warmer and bun steamer were left open while the crew were busy trying to foil the yogurt machine. When I asked about the buns coming straight of the bag instead of the steamer. The person said, we don’t do that. That’s a shame.

Theres a custodial person literally in the mens washroom but it looks like it was last cleaned yesterday. Our first time at sams in 25 years, not a good impression. Heres a pic of one side, foot court is disgusting as far as cleanliness

Went in last week to get the 6 pack of 1 gallon of Ice Mountain water cases (last Tuesday evening).. told they were out of stock.. Come back yesterday (Wednesday over a week later) no cases on pallet even though the app says they were available for pickup. This was an hour after the store opened. No one around to ask questions so I left. I had a pickup at the Joliet Wal-Mart, so figured I go in the Sam's Club in Joliet. Same thing! App says pickup today, go inside and no cases of Ice Mountain available. Found and asked associate, told none in the back, and out of stock. It shouldn't be this difficult to stop in to pickup some water. The company needs better logistics for the area as someone is not ordering enough Ice Mountain water to supply the district. This is an update. I was finally refunded my money about 4 o'clock this morning. What an unnecessary hassle and anxiety it has been. I am posting about the awful time that I had getting a refund processed from an automatic 50.00 membership fee that I didn't even know I had. A year Sam's club came to my job offering a free 1 year membership. Apparently at that time I was signed up for automatic renewal without realizing it. Now, I have called Sam's club a total of FIVE TIMES, each time saying that they would send the refund through my bank. After, waiting four days for this to happen, I find the refund which was supposedly processing, has dropped of my transaction history. This is because the first person I talked to didn't bother to remove the auto renewal, so it was put forward TWICE t

Great Sam’s Club location. The staff is always friendly and great. They have a great selection of products including some of my favorite Mexican products, I wish they would have more though but can’t complain. The cafe has greatly improved from what it was before. Although they definitely need more staff. The new lady named Linnay( I believe), from the cafe is always friendly and polite, and serves with a smile regardless of how chaotic the cafe can get, she is awesome! Scan and Go makes shopping here a breeze you literally skip all the long lines. Overall I really like this location and hopefully the good customer service continues.
