Sam's Club

I will never ever come to this Sam’s Club again due to the terrible way that their employees treat customers. I saw one of their employees belittling a elderly customer who was trying to find something, and when I was at customer service a gentleman waiting for the store manager was told “I wasn’t the one working on your truck it’s not my problem you gotta wait for the store manager and she’s breast pumping right now”. First of all that is so unprofessional and demeaning to women. You could’ve just said that she is currently busy and be there as soon as she can. However even if that was the case when I was leaving I saw the gentleman with who I assume was the general manager and she was being dismissive of damage they did to his vehicle. This location is much like any other Sam's club that you can go in. Always clean, friendly staff, and easy to navigate. The pick-up orders can take quite a while depending on the day and I find that shipping or delivery to my door is much easier if I don't want to shop for myself. The selection is always great here for any of your bulk shipping needs.

First time going there and they do have lots of TVs. I'd say more than Costco. Prices are good. I would like to see the clothing displays much neater. It was pile after pile of unfolded clothing and it looked like a garage sale..probably worse. A mess and no one was attending to that department. I didn't see any home furnishings like couches etc. Although I hear they have them. All in all, I will go there as a secondary check after Costco and because it's closer to home. It's in a good location.

We had an LG washing machine delivered from Sam's on February 9, 2026. The delivery person started the machine before leaving (to make sure it worked I guess) and then left. We left the laundry room and sat down to watch TV. About an hour later, I got up to check on the machine and found it had flooded the laundry room and much of the hallway and adjacent bedroom and bathroom. It was hooked up correctly so we assume the machine is defective. My wife has talked with customer service every day since then (a week and a half now) and the issue is not resolved. They took away our old washing machine so here we sit with a broken washing machine and no remedy in site. Now they're telling us LG has to inspect the machine but who knows when that might happen. Using Sam’s club your can save in so many ways. Tire change, pharmacy, fuel, optical, bakery, grocery, furniture and many many more. The main thing they do not have – customer education. Using their app you can buy much more then you see in the club, and if you are + member, you do not pay for the shipping, this way you will save time and money. There are few other things, they are more historical, there price for the hot dog combo is 1.38 only, it was the same for years. There price for rotisserie chicken is 4.98 only, but to find it, you should cross the whole store. This Sam's has so many items on sale on every Friday.
