I visited this location to purchase some pizzas for my son’s first birthday party. I was very disappointed with the experience. I arrived at the location at 1:45pm on Sunday 3/23/25. I purchased 6 pizzas thru the scam and go. I then approached the counter and advised the associates that I was not in a hurry and that I could come back and pick the pizza up. I was advised that I could and just leave my name phone number and the time I wanted to pick my order up. We agreed on 3pm. I arrive back at the Sam’s club at 3:05pm to be advised that my pizza wasn’t ready that the associates from earlier forgot about it. The associate said they would make them for me. I asked how long. I was advised 10 minutes. I went back in at 3:18 pm and there were only 3 pizzas made. I waited until 3:30 for all the

I normally shop at the Sam's Club on 8 mile. I really like the one in Roseville. Very Friendly and Pleasant Atmosphere. Lots of parking. It was crowded, but it was only a few minutes waiting in line. It's Worth Purchasing A Sam's Club Membership💯💯

Pick up is ridiculous, My third time doing this hear they take forever to being your stuff out. I waited 45 mins and they never even came out. I had to call from my car because of this. Never fails this place is dirty and the staff is rude. Waste of my time. This time the wait yet again another 40 mins. Im canceling my membership. Go to Costco or BJ at lease they are CLEAN!

This is a great location. They always have a big selection of snacks and products. Stopped in today and found a perfect Christmas gift for my nephew. Was in and out quick. Love the convenience of Sams.
