Monali was very helpful she took her time providing exceptional customer service and event went as far as helping me with price adjustments. Her service was efficient and high quality. Having her at thr Member Serices desk is the right move because she treats all customers with that “ready to help” mindset.

I bought car battery a week ago. They did not install it since they have a policy not to install if they see any complications. And installation (i did it myself) was simple and straightforward. That is a minus However,😫 Purchase and return of the old battery were seamless. That was a plus😀

Recently they have added a new option to mobile check out in addition to self-checkout which is very convenient and easy to do. Ask a store member for the $10 discount if you are using it for the first time. 🤑 Great range of variety and helpful staff. Not so neatly organized because of the range they carry compare to Costco :-( Staff was helpful on phone to help locating the product and also in store. Loved that 🥰 Good price savings for everyday essentials.

Bathrooms are dirty and left without toilet paper, horrible customer service, I had to search through the pallet of salt just to find a bag WITHOUT holes in it, the blueberries are taped shut but for some reason the one I grabbed had no tape on it and came open in my cart, the cashier had a horrible attitude and I would state her name but she wasn’t wearing a name tag. I tried to address these issues with an employee at the store so they could look into it and the employee at the door couldn’t even understand a word I was saying. Overall horrible experience and won’t be back to this specific Sam’s Club again. I’ve noticed from previous reviews that the customer service being this bad is a continuous problem. Could be worse. They closed a few locations and this is under staffed I believe. Half the cashier registers are not open advocating to use self checkout. But when a cashier is needed they don’t come to help the customers. Sometimes the cashiers need elevation to redeem a gift card or for checking higher value items. But the help never takes priority. Disappointed
