I mean, this guy literally came from heaven to be honest with you. I was already having a rough week then to top it off New Year’s Day I get out wanting to get some thing to eat at Nick the Greek, moving too fast. I ended up locking my key in the truck. Once I realize I did two seconds after I closed the door, I quickly had anxiety and didn’t even try the door because I knew I locked my key in the truck. I have a 2018 freightliner M2 business class 106 with a 6.7 Cummins engine, Eaton double clutch automatic transmission. I called about two different places and called my insurance USAA. (Who are extremely reliable) to notify them that I got locked out of the truck. Sam provided excellent service quickly in the time of my need. He was available for service literally less than 60 minutes after I contacted him. Service was also super quick! Highly recommend Sam’s if you need quality service from a stand-up guy!

First thought the kiosk store was closed- but then saw a man (ended up being Sam) running across the parking lot to service me..... thought that was very kind and thoughtful of him! And then he cut a new perfect key for my VW Vanagon..... worked the first time!.....and Sam is a nice great guy.

This guy has earned all 5 stars from over 300 people. Not only did he charge me less than anyone else he even helped me put my bumper properly in my car because he noticed it was loose. No extra charge and I didn’t even ask him. Such a good guy highly recommended.

I was on my way to pick up lunch when I noticed people standing outside this kiosk. I thought great let me see if this man could get me a key fob that would work with my base model vehicle. There were a few people standing in line so he told me to wait for 20 minutes. I was waiting outside and talking to his customers and they assured me he did good work. Once he finished up with three small groups of customers he asked what I needed. I told him I wanted a key fob that could work with my electric locks since I was told only standard keys worked with my base model vehicle. Also, I told him I went to other locksmiths that told me getting a key fob for my car was impossible. Sam guaranteed me he could get me a key fob and it wouldn’t take much time for him to fix it. He asked for my car keys
