Stothoff was my literal lifesaver. After waking up with no water and having a horrible experience with another company, Ray rushed to get their techs over and help us get a new well pump in. They helped educate me on what was needed, and had my house with water again by the end of the day. Kyle and Brett were my technicians and they were awesome! This company has a customer for life after how much they helped me.

Kyle and Kyle did an excellent job helping us when our water pump failed. Professional and quick and came in clutch when we needed them.

New to NJ well water, filtration systems, etc. Called them because we had what we considered low water pressure in our shower. My husband explained in detail what troubleshooting he had done. Owner seemed confident they could solve the problem. First set of guys came 09/19. They were professional and knowledgeable about the part of the system they work on so they never even looked at shower. They changed some parts - a switc, nipple and control box - none of which resolved the problem and charged me $592. They thought maybe I needed a CP system. Reached out for estimate that was never received. Spoke to owner again, he sent someone more familiar with other aspects plumbing and filtration systems. Outstanding company! I first used their services in 2001. I was impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. 18 years later, I had need of their services, again. They arrived promptly and had my pump back up and running in a timely manner. I unreservedly recommend this company.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company! My Dad used them, and so when I needed a new well pump several years ago I called them. I have since had 2 interactions with them, and in all cases the front desk and everyone else is extraordinarily friendly - sadly, NOT your typical contractor experience! They are incredibly knowledgeable, competent, accommodating, and efficient. I would never consider using ANYONE else.
