Samuelson's Tree Service

Amazing fast service. A tree fell on our house in a storm. I called Samuelson Tree at 8 am. They said they would prioritize the service and had men on site by 9am. Tree was fully cut. Cleaned. And professional. Highly recommend

He came over my house to give me an estimate said he would text me the numbers. He never called me nor sent me the text with the numbers of how much it would cost. I called left him a message. He never returned my call. Make your own judgment.

Would have been nice if they showed up for the job. At all. I mean, even a phone call would have been good. Not once, but twice. Im not chasing a business to take my money. After two weeks of being jerked around, i hired another company that got the job done and they were excellent.

I had to call them twice. The first time they told me a lightning strike took out some of their equipment. They promised to come out when I called them the second time but still never did. I won't waste my time again.

Absolutely horrible. Went from slow response to no response. Scheduled stump grinding and they never showed up. Got the "be there tomorrow" excuse. Tomorrow never came. Called multiple times and got no answer. Stay far away from this company.
