After first call said they would get back to me in thirty minutes. An hour went by no call so I called them back and he said they should be contacting me in within thirty minutes. Another hour went by and I called again only for him to tell me they should be contacting me soon. I got a call 5 minutes later explaining how about an hour ago the driver got in an a car accident and will not be coming. Unfortunate events happen but to not notify the customer and leave me waiting with no information is completely unprofessional. The guy on the phone sounded like he didn’t even process my request and was just saying things to get me to hang up. I would not recommend this service as they may just not even show up.

When i was on deployment in a different country and my wife was locked out of our home at 2 am they required me to pay them money to even copy down our address. And didnt have anyone available for 3 hours. I know no one is perfect at their job or business. But this was, a little absurd.

Bad set up didn't hire so this is not on the actual product but the service over the phone was sketchy and was seaming like a set up to over charge you. I called about getting a Vehicle key Copy. She said it would be $20 for the guy to come out and then he would give me a price. I asked again trying to state the make and model and just needed a price for a 2nd key. Sorry i can't give you as price over the phone, not until the tech comes out for the $20. That's some sketchy business practice. What happens when the price is $250 bucks and your like no thanks but have to pay $20 and waste your time. Also the lady ended up hang up on me NOT great customer service. So Lame

I called and told them the locks I have are Western Window Systems, and she assured me they could service it. I then schedule them to come out, and the guys showed up and was here not even 5 minutes and said he had no idea how to service these locks. So I still had to pay him a service fee for showing up and telling me that they don't know what to do.

Exact same thing happened to me that Tasso reviewer said. Car accident? Coincidence or what. If you don't want to take the service call don't.
