I called and was able to schedule an appointment for the same week. David came out to stretch the carpets first, and did excellent work for a great price. Right after, the team arrived with their truck to deep clean the carpets, leaving them looking fresh and spotless. There was a small challenge when the condominium rules made it tricky to bring the hoses upstairs. However, the crew handled it so well—they called to update me, and then quickly sorted everything out, finishing the job perfectly. He carefully checked all the areas that needed to be cleaned and explained my options in a straightforward way. I never felt pressured to buy anything extra. Now that the carpets have dried, they look fantastic. Eugene worked hard to remove some tough slime stains my kids left behind, and I was very impressed with the results. While this company isn’t the lowest priced in San Diego, the quality of their work is worth every penny. We’ve tried cheaper carpet cleaners before, but they didn’t do nearly as thorough a job and left stains behind. Paying a bit more for this kind of service was definitely worth it!

i had some of my most valuable area rugs cleaned by San Diego Carpet's & Cleaning and was really impressed with the results. they were professional, showed up on time, and paid close attention to every detail. shawn really knew a lot about different types of rug fabrics and gave me useful tips to help my carpets last longer, especially in the warm san diego weather. i got area rug cleaning, pet stain removal, and even some rug repair done. instead of pushing for a full rug rebound, shawn suggested just trimming the binding, and now my rug looks almost new again. i also picked up some rug pads, which have made a big difference. it feels good to support a local, family-owned business in my area. i highly recommend their carpet cleaning services!

The receptionist got back to me quickly and was very friendly. I needed my carpet cleaned sooner than their next available full appointment since they were fully booked. She offered a spot clean as a temporary solution because we were having guests over before the main cleaning. The spot cleaning worked great and made our carpet look much better for our visitors. Jace, who came out for the service, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our carpet is pretty old, and he gave us good advice for taking care of it until we switch to hardwood floors later on.
