STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. SHADY. WAS CHARGED $750 FOR 5 MINS OF WORK ON A DOOR. DISHONEST AND WASN'T TOLD PRICE UNTIL AFTER THE SERVICE. BAD COMMUNICATION.

I was charged $650 to have a dead bolt lock replaced. I should have asked for an estimate. I feel as seniors we were taken advantage of.

If i could give this a negative 5 stars, I would. We called this company to help unlock our truck. They said it would be 30-40min ETA. We waited for 1 hour and 15 min and they did not show up. I called and they said they were missing contact information for the credit card but i Clearly had given them a name and contact for the person who would be on-site with the truck. Instead of calling that individual, they proceeded to sit around and do nothing until i called them. As if i could read their minds knowing they were missing information. They should have called the contact number they had and followed up with them regarding the missing information. Finally after nearly 4 hours we were able to get them to our location to unlock the truck. To top it off, after this horrible service, the loc

He was not able to open our lock and still charged us $150. I would steer clear of this company. The only solution was to damage the door.
