I can't say enough about how nice it's been to work with someone who has such attention to detail and a fantastic work ethic as Juan. He spent quality time hand-drawing my designs for my custom gates and my fence topper. Juan made sure to measure properly and build the gates exactly to my specifications. He went out of his way to make sure the designs worked properly and even notched out areas of the gates, by the hardware, where my knuckles rubbed, hence, fixing that problem. The hardware he used was heavy-duty and not cheaply made. His gates are built to last. He used rebar and concrete to make sure there would be minimal sag to the gates over time. He also took the time to show me how to adjust the gates when they do sag with heat and time. He assured me the sag would be minimal

Juan installed both a Trex fence topper and a Trex gate. We LOVE them both. They look awesome! Great craftsmanship and very professional and responsive. We highly recommend using Sanchez General Fencing..
