We were given clear instructions on our responsibilities and everything the company would take care of to ensure a successful installation. Colby and David were fantastic to work with! Behind the scenes, David’s wife worked miracles! With four adjoining properties, we were concerned about dogs on the other properties being able to get loose. Having our fence installed by Sandel Fence was the best choice! They made it easy from start to finish. Our sales rep Colby was great and very helpful! They were able to install a Puppy Picket style fence to keep our small dog in the yard, helping us avoid hundreds of feet of chicken wire! We had our fence initially installed last April, and I was so impressed with how Colby and his team helped us get a quicker response from our HOA. Although we weren’t completely happy with the initial stipulations the HOA insisted on (despite our best efforts to appeal), the Sandel Fence team still did an excellent job with the installation. After a few months, we reached out to the HOA again to revisit their decision, and thankfully, they finally approved our original fence plan.
