I’ve been purchasing from miss Connie at sandhill pools since 2018 when I first purchased my pool. I had no idea who I would really on for knowledgeable advice about my pool. When I met Miss Connie, she was full of knowledge and information for me on how to treat the pool and keep it clean and I’ve been following her guidelines ever since and even now I’ve added a spa and she coached me to care for it also. I say all of this because dealing with Miss Connie at Sandhill pools was a good thing for me maybe not for other folk, but I followed my instinct. It was not wrong.

We have been very pleased working with Jim and Connie. They take the time to walk you through the whole process. They have been on top of everything and have been patient with all our questions. Our pool is installed and looks amazing! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a pool installed, especially those who are first timers (like us)!

The family is super nice and helpful. Jim was great when I needed to replace my pump. He showed such empathy and was helpful. Then I had it almost complete but needed a little help and he was here and had me working fast.

We had Jim replace a liner for us in the fall. Come spring time we had to have him return because of poor workmanship in covering up our previous light on the deep end. (We covered the light instead of replacing it because Jim told us how expensive it was going to be to fix) We had multiple sinkholes after our new liner that we NEVER had issues with in the 10yrs with our last liner. Less than a year later we kept losing water. After many calls asking/begging for help Jim came out and basically said he has no idea what to do for us. So the following spring we called again and was told they are too busy and they’ll get to us when they can. After weeks we took business into our own hands and called another company.
