They offered a few different choices in chemicals to use for extermination during the consultation. I have pets so I requested one of the chemicals that seemed the least damaging (I did my research on such chemicals and their toxicity towards pets). On extermination day, they showed up without the one chemical I requested out of all the ones they OFFERED. So, they ended up only doing a steam service. Okay, that's fine. After the steaming they had left, and I contacted their office to let them know that they didn't bring the chemical I picked out. I wasn't complaining or trying to get anything out of them, I was just letting them know they had made a mistake.
