Professional, speedy, quality service! After we had rented a snake to clear our drain line for the third time in 2 years, we contacted Sanitary. Our 1966 home has iron pipes, but they were no trouble for the knowledgeable staff that came for our service. Following a thorough inspection of the entire line under our home, a commercial grade snake cleared the problem. A camera was then fed into the line from one in to the other to ensure the job was successful. We were back in business in record time at a reasonable price. I can't say enough about the service, but the cordial, professional attitude of the technicians was as exemplary. Thank you gentleman for a great service experience!

Called several times along a week time, for a pipe leak under the foundation of my house. Today they have not returned my call.

We had a slab leak at work, they came in and replaced the water line under the slab in a little over 3 hours. We had been told by many other plumbing companies that it would be days before they could come fix the problem and estimated it would take more time to repair. Absolutely horrible business. I was quoted 800 to have a water heater removed and replaced. They said they couldn't get the old one out so they just left it and installed a small tank-less heater in its place. Only they never even finished the job and we had to buy a power cable for it and install it to get it to work ourselves. Total time they worked was about an hour and a half for two people and the water heater only costs 250. They still billed me a full 800. When i called the owner and asked why we were still being billed for the full price he says its because that's what we were quoted. The fact that they didn't have to remove the water heater didn't matter because when they said they couldn't get it out and could work around it, we said it was ok because we obviously didn't want to
