Picture it, NYE 2025. It's 1pm when I realize our heat is not working. Santa puts in an emergency request. The 1st tech arrives at 8:30pm, admittedly grouchy. It is NYE after all. He proceeds to change out our 50 yr old thermostat and performs what we later find out are questionable techniques. Diagnosis... a major repair issue. Writes up paperwork for the $250 new digital thermostat (which was not the issue and not needed for our ancient system), plus OT labor and parts (we're tallying up to around $1000 at this point), then dispatches another tech to come fix the problem. It's now 9:30pm (on NYE!) and my husband is LIVID. Flash forward to 11:40pm when our knight-in-shining-armour, Xavier shows up. I had an issue with air bubbles getting into the fuel line causing the boiler (burner) to turn off. John came out Christmas eve and bled the line and said if I have to come out again you probably need a Tiger Loop. Well, 14 days later he came out again, late at night, and said you really need to do this. I called Kevin the service manager and got on their schedule. The technician that did the work was Mark and I sensed not only did he have incredible skills, but he also goes above and beyond for his customers. Thank you John, Kevin and especially Mark. This was a job well done.

Jacob Cohen did an exceptional job fixing our boiler and getting the heat up and running in a timely, professional manner. He was polite, well-spoken, clean, and friendly. An excellent experience overall.

Zack came to our house at 9pm and explained in detail everything about the system we have. We just moved in about 8 months ago and he was very helpful in describing issues that may arise and how to fix the problem at hand. He even added an oil gauge for us. Great guy and great service.
