Jose and his team just replaced the roof for my rental property. This was actually the second time we've hired them. Both projects were completed perfectly. During the tear-off, he recommended adding a new layer of 1/2 inch plywood over the old roof deck, because the old decks have many damages and with big gaps. He offered a fair price for the work, which was much appreciated. They are friendly, professional, and always clean up thoroughly after the job. I highly recommend them!

The team is efficient and diligent in replacing my roof within 2.5 days. The quality of the installation is very well done and Jose takes drone photos for you before and after to show you the quality of his work.
