My refrigerator stopped cooling at all and they were able to very quickly get me into a last-minute appointment. Technician informed me that my compressor was done for but was still under warranty, and was able to get me up and running in no time at all. Really appreciated how quickly they were able to resolve my issue, and would definitely recommend them.

Santana’s Appliance did an outstanding job on our gas stove. They diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the needed parts, and completed the repair flawlessly. Communication was clear and timely at every step. It is rare to find this level of professionalism and follow-through. Highly recommended.

This review is long overdue, but we had an excellent experience with Santana’s Appliance several months ago. Our LG fridge’s ice maker stopped working, and after calling LG customer service, we were told the issue had been diagnosed. They offered a ~$500 “flat rate” to send someone out for diagnosis and repair. I opted to shop around through LG’s certified techs and found Santana’s, which already had great reviews. I first spoke with Rafael over the phone, who immediately suspected a completely different issue than what LG had reported. I had a 7-yr old LG fridge. The compressor went out and I knew it was under warranty. I had trouble finding reputable authorized repair professionals in the North Austin area. Then, I found Santana Appliance. They were friendly and helpful from call through install. When calling to book the appointment, all expectations were clearly set and my concerns were addressed. I received texts and calls confirming the appointment. They were prompt and respectful of us and our home. They took extra time to make sure the diagnosis was correct. The install was smooth and thorough. And they took the time to educate me how I can maintain my fridge to extend the life of the new compressor. Overall, a top notch experience. 10/10 would recommend.

I called Santana's Appliance over the weekend and they came out super quick early this week. I have been in home services for 20 years so I know the difference between great technicians and bad. This company knows exactly what they are doing! Not only that it is so refreshing to find a company that believes in integrity. This was a warranty issue that turned out to be covered more than originally expected so I just received a call from the owner telling me the amount I was charged will be refunded. "Always doing the right thing" he said. I can believe it! Highly recommend!
