Santoro Construction

My company (R. Peer Plumbing & Heating) were recently contracted by this company for a addition project in Lockport NY for plumbing and heating. We completed the rough plumbing and heating in early May. Upon completion of rough we billed them for 1st draw. It is now August and have not received any type of payment, and they are dodging any calls, emails or texts from me. After many conversations with the home owners (very nice people) we have come to find out that Santoro is ripping off them as well. Anyone that even considers this very dishonest company will suffer the same consequences. If anyone recommends this company run as fast as you can and find a reputable contractor. We were very satisfied with Santoro construction. I happened to come across this company by word of mouth. From the beginning of our first meeting was very professional and a quick response was a plus. Mr Santoro met with us we put in a plan and they started and finished right on schedule and the price was nice, I got exactly what I wanted this company took my vision and made it happen every day I see my master suite I think how beautiful. I would like to be the first person here to write a review of this company. Please ask Michael and Amelia where their 30 years of experience come from in the industry. Ask why he only incorporated Santoro Construction in May of 2017? It is in part due to the money he still owes our company since May of 2015. He has broke many promises to make good on paying for services rendered. Squarefoot Tradesmen is a trades placement company that put Shawn Edwards to work as a carpenter with ANA Services. We are still owed over $8000.00 by this man who signed a contract and never paid us for the payroll we paid out. I, as a business owner of three local locations have used Santoro construction for two complete commercial build outs for approximately 12,000 square feet of office space. Not only was the initial process of design and preparation easy, the end result was truly magnificent. Thanks to all the employees of mikes for really going above and beyond and finishing a week early !!! I’m preparing to remodel a 250,000 square foot building and have full confidence that these guys will arrive on time, give great advice and do the job properly. Thanks again

We were really happy with Mike and his team! Our project had some larger tasks but also small moving pieces and finishing work throughout the house (eg light fixtures, bathroom fixture aupdates etc). Mike was really flexible with us to make sure all of our needs were met. He and his team suggested ways to make each piece of the project better and more polished and the final work product was excellent. Their pricing was reasonable and they stuck to the budget. I would use Mike and his crew for future projects!
