Jimmy arrived 15 minutes early. 😀 Very informative on the problem with our septic and drain field. He worked efficiently and quickly. He explained that we will eventually need a new drain field and proceeded to put this in his report. Very professional and friendly.

Had a problem with a clogged drain the day after we arrived to our Florida home for the winter. Made a late call to Sapp's Wednesday, they called back that evening and said someone would call Thursday Morning. They called Thursday morning and told me James would be there in about a half hour. Then James called me when he was 5 minutes out. Showed up , took care of our problem all in a professional and timely manner. Great to see such good customer service in these days. Thank you.

We have to get our septic pumped more often than most people due to how many people we have living in our home. We choose Sapp every time. Great and professional work! Great customer service! Ask for James!

Aaron came to the house this morning right on time. He was professional and got right to work. He thoroughly inspected the system. He was honest and provided me with lots of info. I would highly recommend this company and especially Aaron. Talk about a positive experience.

When I first bought my house early 2024, Sapp put in a septic drain field, pumped and inspected. They did what they said. Flash forward to now, my toilets are gulping and showers not draining. Ac did a pause last month so I was worried this was going to be unexpected expense. Called SAPP not once but twice after normal business hours. The first call sweet and answered questions(prices, possible scheduling). Then I called back after making a decision and she helped me breath for a second and come up with a possible diy solution before getting SAPP services (Spending money). Now I know if it doesnt work, who I am going to call and everytime I need a pump SAPP will be there! Thanks Cece!
