Sapphire Pool Service, LLC

What an interesting experience I had with my brief involvement with this company! I just purchased a house in Tucson that had a saltwater pool being serviced by Sapphire Pool Service. After escrow closed, the service guy continued to show up once a week to service the pool. He never mentioned that I need to contact the office to continue service, and the fact that he kept showing up led me to assume (I know....never ass-u-me!) that I would simply start receiving a monthly invoice. Fast forward a few weeks, and I just returned from a business trip, only to find that these guys have bailed on the service, and the pool now needs to be completely drained, cleaned, and restarted fresh, because while I was away the pool had turned into a swamp. I highly recommend Sapphire Pool Service. I had some significant issues with my pool, and a "pool guy" who seemed lost trying to get the pool usable. I contacted Tom at Sapphire Pool and he was able to come out the next day. Tom was professional, very knowledgeable, and a really nice guy to boot. He quickly figured out what needed to be done and got right to it. In no time the Pool looked great and was usable again. To top it off his prices were very reasonable.

After interviewing 6 companies we chose Sapphire Pool Service to replace our pool tile, most specifically because of Tom Asahl's extensive knowledge of pools and his clear and direct manner of communication. Integrity of the company was of great importance to us and we were not disappointed. Tom laid out a plan for when he would be there, what he would do and stuck to the plan. I would highly recommend Sapphire Pool Service.

I called quite a few places about getting sand changed but bc of the model I have, the quotes were either high or I was told to get a new pentair. Tom was the first honest pool guy who told me he would open it up and check it first. He told me my sand was fine and I believe he may have changed one small part. I was very pleased. There was a separate time I had pool timer issues and on his own time (no pun intended), he troubleshooted the issue right over the phone. Excellent!!

We are so thankful to have found Sapphire Pool service to take care of the pool at our new house. Tom is a true professional, he's kind, courteous and keeps our pool and spa amazingly clean! I highly recommend Sapphire Pool service!!!
