Sassaman Services may not even be a legitimate company. This company was responsible for identifying why the circulation of the pool ceased, which is the apparent rusted pool pump, and replacing. The company, notified by the home warranty company, never scheduled until I filed a complaint with the home warranty. I even reached out to Sassaman and they never responded. Once they finally arrived to deem the pool pump replaceable, getting service was non-existent. They literally scheduled me for 3 separate days spanning a week and a half. Their first scheduled appointment they missed without notification. After filing a complaint, not much changed. Was referred to Chris by my Sister in Law after I discovered a leak from my water heater in the garage on Friday 10/11/24 After talking to Chris on Friday we scheduled an appointment on Monday 10/14/24. Chris was on time and was able to replace my 20 year old water heater with a brand new one that will be more efficient. I was really impressed with Chris’s knowledge. He shows compassion for his customers the price was very fair. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be using Chris for any future repairs on my home.

Company never answers their phone, only text. Had them come out a week ago to repair a sprinkler head, technician fixed it and tested all other heads before leaving. Less than 48hrs later when my automatic sprinklers ran there was a broken sprinkler so I send a video/text to the company showing them this issue happened after a recent service call as proof that this issue happened shortly after they serviced my sprinklers. Of course no one replied to that text. Texted them again to fix the sprinkler head, company made me pay for this sprinkler Eventhough I gave they had time stamped proof of my last service call and the broken sprinkler. Company says this was a new issue. Sprinkler was fine when they left. I advised them I told them of this issue on the next automatic days of watering. The

I had a horrible experience with Sassman Services. The plumber who came out completely misdiagnosed my plumbing issue. After he left, I had to call another plumbing company to fix the actual problem. It ended up being a total waste of money because I had to pay a service fee to Sassman Services and to the second company. I will never use Sassman Services again and would not recommend them to anyone.

The home warranty company scheduled this contractor to inspect our kitchen sink. They came out and of course didn't have any issue collecting the money for the visit. The home warranty company approved the replacement of the kitchen sink faucet and to also use a snake to declog the sink. It was scheduled for Thursday the following week from 10 AM to 2 PM. I called on Thursday several times and it always went to voicemail. I spoke with someone from accounting and they said it was rescheduled to Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM - I know we didn't reschedule it but they went ahead and rescheduled it anyways without even communicating with us. Okay fine, Friday comes around, no one showed up, I called several times, left several voicemails. This company is unprofessional and I would look elsewhere fo
