We had a bathroom remodeled and a deck redone at the same time. They were able to juggle both projects simultaneously. Excellent craftsmanship, excellent customer service, excellent communication throughout the whole project. We would highly recommend Satin Touch to anyone!

We have been customers of Satin Touch for probably 10 years. I have almost lost track of all the projects they have done for us because we keep calling them back to do more things. We were originally introduced to the company through our insurance when we had a sewer backup that contaminated carpet and sheetrock. They did a fabulous job returning our home to normal, so we decided when we needed some other jobs done we would definitely call them. We had a fantastic experience with Satin Touch. We wished to add 3 exterior windows, and they provided us with the most competitive quote we received. The entire team (Curt, Justin, Austin, Ryan, Ray, and Rich) did a fantastic job. They were friendly and communicated well, working each day until the whole job was finished, whenever the weather allowed it. The entire project was finished in no time at all! We couldn't be more pleased with the result. Our house looks so much bigger and brighter, and the view is more lovely than we could have ever hoped for. I could not have been more pleased with our experience working with Satin Touch and would definitely choose them for future projects! From my first conversation with owner Chad to the final inspection and paperwork 2 weeks later with knowledgeable project manager Mo, all interactions were great! They worked with us to understand what we wanted in replacing 1 stairway railing with double railings and produced attractive and functional results, better than we envisioned. Mo oversaw the work with carpenter Justin and was great at communicating by phone and text.
