Satisfied System: Carpet, Upholstery & Duct Cleaning

Truly disappointed. The lady I spoke with was incredibly nice and after seeing all the positive reviews, I was excited to get an area rug cleaned. However, my rug was returned to me in an unsatisfactory condition. I emailed the company and was told I would not get a refund and that they would only offer to re-clean it. Given how my rug was retuned to me on the first go-round, not confident in taking it there again. ***edit in response to the comment from the owner: we did in fact attempt to call multiple times over the past couple of days and no one answered the phone. That is when I decided to reach out via email.

They did an amazing job cleaning both our air ducts and carpets! She was very kind and considerate of our time, had the whole thing done is less than 4 hours with just the two of them working together. So thankful for clean air again, highly recommend this team! :)
