We hired Tom Sauer Construction to build a class 4 Sun Room and could not be happier! From design to final completion they were wonderful to work with and always responsive to inquiries and provided continual status on the build. They were prompt in meeting all of their commitments with excellent customer service and workmanship! Highly recommend them if you are looking to build a sun room or screen room!

UPDATE MARCH 2026: The edge where the vinyl wall of the house meets the “elite screen room” was never sealed until I pointed it out various times. Well, as you will see in the pictures, they only sealed one side and a family of mice got into my “elite screen room”. UPDATE FEBRUARY 2026: I have uploaded the photos and video of the issue that has never been addressed properly by this company. I got a second opinion from a legitimate business that actually knows the people who work here personally, he has 20+ years experience and within 5 minutes of checking the leak he immediately knew the issue which is that the flashing should have been open so that the water would not accumulate and drip into the seams like it constantly does. Our screened gazebo looks AMAZING! Eric Bonesteel provided multiple options to screen our gazebo. Tyler and his team completed the installation professionally and as planned. We can now enjoy our gazebo in the late afternoon and evening without getting carried away by mosquitoes. The gazebo is both functional and aesthetically pleasing! I would definitely recommend Tom Sauer Construction to anyone for this type of initiative.
