Bought 2 pallets of sod and they were full of grubs back in April . During the process of loading the second pallet was busted up and falling apart so the employee grabbed another pallet and used it for support under the busted one. Went back today to get 2 more pallets and and return the the pallets from April, they charge $7 deposit per pallet, and get my $ back. I was told that one of them was not their pallet. I explained to the guy what happened about the busted pallet and he told me that it’s a different size and not theirs. Then the own proceeds to get off the loaded and called me a liar over a $7 pallet. I will never do business with anyone that proceeds to call the customer a liar, when he wasn’t present in April , over a situation that he knows nothing about and seven lousy
