Savol Pools

We have been using Savol Pools for our opening, closing and servicing of our pool since we bought our home over 13 years ago. The office staff has always been professional in our communications. Once we worked with Josh we were immediately impressed with his excellent customer service & great knowledge of our pool. Josh has taught us many things about maintenance on our pool and ways to ensure it’s running smoothly. Anytime we work with Savol, we always request Josh because we know the great service we will receive! We just had our pool opening last week with Josh and Anthony and were extremely satisfying. Both were friendly, fast and professional. We would recommend these two to anyone looking for any pool needs.

I totally agree with Maria about the rudeness and Teala. My husband and I were customers of Savol Pools for about four years, and they are were aware of my husband’s brain injury which is why they needed to call me to keep me informed of any issues. The previous season, however, they performed work we did not ask them to and when they opened the pool for us this season I noticed problems. It seems like they cannot keep employees because they kept asking me questions that they should have had the answers too. When I brought the issues to their attention, they did not want to claim responsibility for the damage and charged us, without my knowledge mind you, to fix the problem. I have been using Savol for years now to open my in ground pool for me. But this year stands out! Teala has been amazing, she sent out a friendly reminder that it was that time of year again, thank God because it had completely slipped my mind! She has quick responses and even sent her team out sooner than I would have ever expected! The guys are great too! Very professional and friendly, fast too! I highly recommend them, reach out to them today!

Really sad about this business. We had been using them for service years and years, but they suddenly have a new office person Teala who is incredibly rude. She will talk down to you, she has a terrible attitude, she lacks understanding and compassion, and is unkind. Owners never responded to our requests for resolution. Beware. Update: we are now with Juliano’s pools who are amazing and treat their clients like valued customers.

Savol pools responded extremely quickly to my request and sent Josh out to help me figure out what was happening with our spill over spa. He was the first pool professional to actually figure out the problem and then took the time to show me how to keep up with my pool maintenance. Absolutely highly recommended Savol Pools they got our spill over spa working correctly for the first time since it was built. Truly appreciate their efforts
