Our installers, Jack and Cruz, were on time, professional, and showed us the ropes. They even programmed everything to our liking! I called Sawtooth just this morning asking for an appointment to have my garage door looked at as we were sure the spring was broke. The lady on the phone was super nice, and told me she could get Ryan out the same afternoon! He called me when he was headed there, called me after he looked at it, told me the spring was broke, andbthe cost. Also said he had everything he needed to fix it right then! I live an hour away, and he took the time with me on the phone and talked with my son about everything he was doing. My garage door opener has been there for as Ryan said "a minute" haha it's old! He cleaned it up checked the motor and made sure it was good to go! Great company!! Very professional, and very accommodating when I needed the help! If you need this type of service, call them!! When my door stopped working I called Sawtooth and Zach was out quickly like he said he would be. He did a great job on the repair, didn’t try to over sale me and was professional and friendly and cleaned up when done!!! Sawtooth is a great company and my garage door needs go to!

Jeremy showed up at my house was extremely professional listened to what I wanted. He did not try to upsell me. And was able to show me several options at a very reasonable price! we went ahead with the deal he showed up completed two garage doors. We are very happy with the work that he did we would highly recommend anybody interested in the garage door, garage door repair would use SawTooth Garage Doors!!!

Can not express my gratitude towards this company enough. Nelly took my call this Friday after having had a difficult interaction with another company and she heard out my concerns and assured me that I would be taken care of this Monday. Zach was my technician that came out to get me a quote and recommendations for the work I was asking for help on. Was straight forward and honest with his recommendations and got straight to work same day on doing a garage motor replacement.
