Unprofessional and distressing encounter that occurred today, October 8, 2025, between approximately 12:20 PM and 12:30 PM at your parking facility. I am in healthcare, which means my schedule varies daily. Arrived and parked my vehicle at 8:15 AM, and I was never asked what time I would be coming for pickup at drop off. Today, I happened to leave earlier than usual as I had didactics and arrived at the garage around 12:20 PM to retrieve my car. Upon arrival, I handed my ticket to one of the nice employees and he went to get my vehicle. While waiting outside, I was confronted by an agitated and aggressive tall bald Hispanic male employee who began yelling at me loudly and repeatedly in front of others. Good cheap parking in Manhattan. Refreshing experience in NYC. Reading all the previous reviews of NYC parkings, I thought I’d be automatically overcharged with oversize vehicle fees. But no, I paid the price that was advertised on spot hero as I booked it online. We got the car back and the staff were nice! (PLEASE NOTE: I booked my parking online beforehand with parking hero)

This is a SCAM. Absolutely terrible customer service. My friend and I booked a one day parking pass for 10 hours through ParkNSave. When we arrived at noon the staff acknowledged and recognized that we paid online. Unfortunately, when we arrived after five the same day to retrieve the car, a different staff person said the QR code associated with the parking pass did not work and would not honor it. They also would not call the employee who talked to us earlier and deflected, saying they would not release the car unless we paid. They would also not work with us to reach a solution. So we were forced to pay again. I do not recommend anyone use this parking garage nor use the website.

Literally dented my car and over charged us because they said we were late. Since they don’t do inspections would do nothing about the damage. I understand poor customer service is standard for car parking but to actually dent the car pretty bad.

Worst parking experience New York. I had prepaid one day parking through SpotHero but the manager wouldn’t accept my prepaid parking when I checked out, and demanded that I paid the difference between the normal parking rate and the SpotHero rate. After a lengthy discussion I agree to pay and then decided to make the argument with SpotHero the following day. I gave my credit card to the manager and he quickly went ahead and charged the full amount instead if the difference as agreed. I asked him to credit it back but he refused and asked me to complain the following day. This place is seriously dodgy and dishonest.
