Sawyer Place Laz Parking

I am a MN Rider @ Riverdale Station & use LAZ Parking. The site is convenient for those riding the train. The road leading to and from the location is horrible. The site also has abusers of the permit sytm. The school near by, have parents & staff parking @ the location as permit cars - none ride the train. As a result you on a LONG waiting list that doesn't move. I also find it highly offensive the LAZ has a $30 to $80 ticket system when the app has a technical issue. I have several cases where I paid but the app recognizes the payment for a different time frame or not at all. The company reps have no ability to help. I am not understanding how LAZ considers these fine rates balance and correct at all , especially for the market they serve. If the company is looking to gain funds, they s

I’m giving 1 star because I can not give zero stars. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Under staffed. Never get your car when you ask for it. They lose the key and never know which floor you car is parked in. They scratch the cars and deny it. They had a full staff of workers and they all quit or left else where including the manager, who knows what happened. You could never find a employee to retrieve your car for you. So some people park their car in the driveway and take their key with them blocking all cars. It is a nightmare.

Parking through LAZ for 13 months while a resident at Sawyer Place was a nightmare. The employees lack professionalism, attentiveness and care. One employee’s negligence caused a crash and hundreds of dollars worth of damages to my vehicle. To make matters worse, management attempted to cover up the issue by blaming it on construction, which wasn’t true based on the employee’s eventual confession. As an apology, I was provided a parking space upstairs which I found insulting. My vehicle was parked on the lower level prior to this incident. The car elevators were also frequently out of service and caused major delays and inconveniences. One month I was two days late on payment as a result of not receiving an invoice via email – every month prior to this an invoice was received. For the two

Absolute nightmare. Staffed by the most disrespectful kids who couldn't care less about helping you get your car. Your car will get damaged by them. If there is an issue or they can't find the keys they will just say there's nothing they can do, smirk to each other or laugh about it in your face and your car will be held from you. Repeatedly has been the most appalling customer service experience of our lives.

Julio is the best garage attendant ever. He’s the friendliest person and always is on time brining me my car. Super respectful towards me and my car too. Thanks!!
