The driver of the car with lincense plate ending in 4. Will cut in front of you if she is late and will be a reckless driver. She did it on 6/1/16 Hwy 18 west merging in to I-5 around 8 am
You driver is Rude when they pull in to a parking space and you drive by and he gets mad when you drive by like you're exposed to know he was going to back up afterwards.
