He worked well with my structural engineer to find the best result while considering the esthetics. The crew was knowledgeable, respectful, and paid close attention to detail. Brian and Scott communicated well throughout the project and were open to my many, many questions and small changes. The quality of workmanship really shows, and my home looks amazing. SB Home Renovations has just completed adding on a new sunroom and screened-in lanai. The entire project was done with great professionalism and timeliness. The project was finished in 2.5 months, which was earlier than expected. Our project manager, Travis, expedited things along quickly, resolved issues promptly and always took the time to explain everything to us. Our SB team was great! Steve, our project manager, was here every day and Brian kept the job on schedule, even ahead of schedule! Casey is a sweetheart and I really appreciated her design and decorating ideas. Living through a whole first floor paint/remodel is no fun, but these guys were very considerate of our safety and comfort during construction. I have recommended them to several friends knowing they will have the same excellent experience we did.

We contracted SB Home in 2021/2022 for a master bedroom, bath and laundry room renovation. The price point seemed high but the company came highly recommended so we unfortunately did not do our due diligence with multiple bids. That’s on me. Admittedly, the planning and construction process went well. SB home and their contractors were in constant contact and professional. Unfortunately, problems began shortly after project completion. Right away, there were noticeable electrical issues. Their team came back to our house at least 3 times to evaluate the problem, each time failing to properly inspect the wiring and blaming LED light bulbs and ceiling fans.
