I've came here quite a few times and each time the staff was very helpful, courteous and had the knowledge to me get exactly what I needed. Five stars is definitely not enough. 10+

Incredibly helpful, superb pricing. My outside AC/heat pump unit quit in the middle of August. I could hear it try to turn on, fan wouldn't start. I took the fan motor and motor capacitor out and with me to their store, thinking I'd need both. The helpful SWH staff sold me just the $27 capacitor after testing my old one, saying my fan motor was fine. They were correct, and everything worked. They could've easily sold me the motor (another couple hundred $) and I would've left content, but they didn't. Will do all my future business here, and recommend the same to anyone I can.

A+ experience. They do sell to individuals, not just wholesale as the sign says outside. They guys that waited on me were super cool, and knew exactly what I needed. Bought a condenser fan, new fan blade, and a run cap and the total was 140.00. The last time I paid an HVAC tech, for that same repair, it cost me 500.00. Thanks guys!!

Delivered here. 8am appt. Gate was locked and not enough room to park in driveway & not stick out into road w/a 53ft. trailer, but there is a center lane for turns, and they opened the gate before 7am and even had me empty before my appointment time! Awesome job, Tom! It's dealing with people like you that makes trucking fun!! Hope I get to deliver here again some time! 5*

I have never worked on an A/C before. Honestly without the help and knowledge of multiple employees from SWH, don't think I would have been successful. With their help and parts I'm sitting in a nice cool house as we speak. Feel confident I could do it again (but really hope I don't ever have to). In short, this is a knowledgable, honest company. Their help and a bit of DIY saved myself hundreds of dollars today
