All of these negative reviews are spot on. Issue after issue with this system. This is a new build home and we have only been here for one month. The system has worked for MAYBE one week out of that month. First it was some issue with the wiring, then a leak, and then a faulty master valve. Multiple plants have died and they say they don't warranty the plants, even though they died from lack of water....The system is STILL not working and now they're tying to blame AT&T saying that they "must have cut a wire when then burying the fiber optic cable" and I'll be receiving a bill for $270.00+. When I asked Blake more about this, it comes out that this is just an assumption because this "happens all the time" and they have not seen any cut wires on site. As if there is no way there is yet ANOT

Had a home built and this is the company that they used to do my sprinkler system. Had an issue. Put in a warranty claim. Waited a month before they came out. Just to tell me I voided my warranty because I remodeled my home. Which was done after I called in the claim. They will find ANY REASON to void your warranty. No matter what the issue is. Don't waste your time or money with them. They already have a low rating and I hope this makes its even lower.

They were a no call no show, didn’t call me to reschedule, when I called to talk to the supervisor he was very nonchalant and showed he didn’t care

Gave me the completely wrong irrigation schematic for my house. Nothing on the schematic matches anything that is on my house. Refuses to give me updated one saying I should have contacted them earlier. Why would I have looked at the schematic before it failed? Do NOT use this company! Sprinkler system is completely inoperable now

I had some issues with this company at first. Our new build had some problems with the irrigation system throughout several zones. They sent one crew, and we still had issues. They missed an appointment to come back out. Then, they sent a different crew that was GREAT. Carefully inspected and solved every issue, and then explained and demonstrated everything to our satisfaction. It's how companies handle themselves when things aren't peachy that makes the difference. Raising my rating accordingly.
