The construction work and quality of build was beyond what I would have imagined for the finished deck when planning the project. The staff was great and very polite and also cleaned up each day. They also always asked about start times and weekend work to make sure it fit our schedules. I will use SBC again.

The building process was great, even when we had to make some unforeseen changes they accommodated and handled professionally. SBC just completed our deck project in Annapolis, MD and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Everything from the estimate, walk through, timeline and communication was top tier. Great company starting from the owner Brad Crist project designer Chris Pluemer who is a master of his trade turning out back yard into a paradise!! Working its way down to the guys laying grass seed and clean up crews. Couldn’t ask for better pricing and product. They did an outstanding job. All of their services are affordable, as they are the leading outdoor living space contractor in Baltimore. SBC Outdoor Services created a patio and walkway for my back yard and it was a great experience from start to finish. The planning phase was very detailed, and they made sure the project was completed on time.
