We cannot say enough good things about SBCI and the entire SBCI team who is currently working on our basement renovation in Parkview Pointe, Cottage Grove MN. We had heard nothing but positive feedback from other neighbors in our community who hired them, and our experience was no different. The experience exceeded our expectations in every way. What we appreciated most was their professionalism and attention to detail. Every single day, the SBCI team left the worksite spotless, which made living through a renovation much less stressful. We were very happy with our experience working with SBCI. Steve and his team were great to work with… they were professional, prompt, responsive and detail oriented. Without hesitation I give them my fullest recommendation for any remodel or basement finishing needs.

Steve finished our basement. Here are a few things that were important: 1. He laid out a timeline before the job started and he stayed on schedule. Our only hiccup was bathroom tile that did not come in on time, but Steve restructured the schedule to get the job finished as soon as possible. 2. Steve was knowledgable and helpful any time I had questions or comments. My wife and I were working from home during the construction, so Steve got frequent visits from me every day to check on things. 3. Steve is picky about the details (some of the subcontractors told me this too.) When a contractor takes care of the really small things, you know he's doing things right. 4.
