Kimi was super easy to work with. She gave me a price quote, and honored the price, even though the weather was cold and rainy, and it took a bit longer than anticipated. She persisted until she had inspected and assessed everything. She took time to clearly explain, and answer questions. She pointed out items to watch, and tips for routine maintenance. The report was ready for me within a couple of hours. This home inspection was the least stressful, and most helpful, home inspection I have ever had.
