Very pleased with the overall professionalism of everyone I dealt with. Tanner came out and inspected my unit to let me know that I would need a new furnace. I was on schedule not even a week later for the repair. The day of the repair, Pat and Micah were on time and very nice, installed my new furnace in a very timely manner and went over everything to make sure I was all good. SC Heating and Air has some exceptional people working for them.

When we first needed an air conditioning repair we used a different company, they were fine, but at 9 years of service, they told us we needed a new unit. Sam came out and looked at our unit and said he would not replace it and that it had plenty of life left. It lasted another 8 years. Sam and his team have always been honest and have saved me money on my heating and air bill. All of the technicians that have serviced our units are on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my heating and air needs.

They have great and honest service. There is no pressure to upsell. Prior company said I needed at least $900 of repairs right away and tried to sell me thousands of "upgrades". SC Heating and Air did the needed repairs for less than $300 and said I did not need all of those upgrades - and explained why. The owner and his team have all been very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.
