Great small business to support! I spoke with Chris a couple of times on the phone to describe my scanning project and he was very helpful, friendly, and willing to help me quickly. All my old family photos were scanned perfectly and easy to download afterwards. HIGHLY recommend!

Chris has been great to work with! He communicates well, did a great job transferring old slides to digital and making two beautiful videos with music as Christmas gifts for my folks.

I brought my father's 1960s-70s slides here and have only good things to report. Safe, sound, trustworthy. Good basic scans for family projections at home. We've had a great time hearing (and learning) our dad's stories about his earlier years.

The quality of the work is not in dispute, but I encourage folks to look into other options (apps, other similar services) since here you have no control. The total order was provided in two phases. The first bunch, just under 1000 images, was complete; when this order was dropped off, we agreed it would be around $400+, but we got a $600+ bill. The second chunk of images were provided, and we discussed a retro-active price reduction, since we are now over 1000 images; he did provide the reduced rate, for these images only. These images were also a bunch of duplicates, for all I know he copied them from the images he had on file precious; either way, good business practice would include informing clients of duplicate products before moving on with the order. Chris and Scan-Slides was very easy to work with and completed my project within 24 hours. I had some old photos to scan and retouch, plus some old 35mm negatives I wanted scanned for future print making. I appreciated his recommendations and options and was very satisfied with his pricing.
